Summary of Position
Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.

Essential job functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching/lifting arms above head, and standing and/or walking for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs.
We ask you to:
Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
Complete duties on opening and closing prep and checklists.
Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
Prepare a variety of food products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking/serving to Guest according to CSC recipe and product standards.
Understand and comply consistently with CSC standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Prepare all Guest orders with strict adherence to CSC standards for quality, portioning and appearance standards.
Prepare all Guest orders adhering to CSC SOS goals.
Prepare all food products in accordance with CSC portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, sandwich line, and refrigeration equipment.
Close the line kitchen properly, following the closing checklist for line kitchen and assists others in closing the kitchen.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to Management.
Inform Management immediately of product shortages.
Use our Standard Recipe Cards for preparing all products.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
