About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, people centered General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in the Villages and Ocala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met. You will be accountable for managing labor costs, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Your ultimate goal will be to drive profitability and growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
5+ years of experience in restaurant management
Ability to coach and be coachable as we are a small franchise group
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fast casual or quick-service restaurant management
Certification in food safety and sanitation
Experience with labor control and scheduling software
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
Ability to master, work, and train all positions to our standards
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Manage labor costs and scheduling to optimize productivity and profitability
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer service

You will also need to possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Your ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability will be critical to the success of our business. Additionally, your experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management, certification in food safety and sanitation, and familiarity with labor control and scheduling software will be highly valued.
