They assist the General Manager in providing an engaging environment for restaurant teams and guests while focusing on delivering operational excellence. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations
The ability to recruit, train, develop and recognize the best people
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask
Working knowledge of food safety standards (ServeSafe certification is preferred but not required)
Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software and technology
Work a maximum of up to forty hours per week in the restaurant
Allocate at least two hours per week to planning

Education and Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training in hospitality or retail environment.
Physical Demands: Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday. Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area
