This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.Overview:

We are expanding our catering business and are looking for a part-time catering coordinator to sell, coordinate all preparation, and deliver daily catering orders. At Chicken Salad Chick, we are always keeping an eye out for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Offer every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory. Greet every guest who is interested in catering and assist with creating the perfect menu for every occasion.

  • Serving guests by taking all catering orders, handling cash and credit cards, and ensuring preparation of all orders is done timely and correctly.

  • Delivering meals to guests providing excellent customer service at all times.

  • Coordinate execution of all catering orders between in-house staff.

  • Build catering business by expanding clients and exceeding catering sales budgets

  • Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail and very thorough

  • A passion for customer service

  • Positive Attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members

  • Focus on Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office suite

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Mon-Sat (Closed Sundays)

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability

  • Have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation

  • Previous sales and/or catering experience is required (does not have to be in a restaurant setting)

Physical Demands

  • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
